The Old Switcheroo

It's been brought to my attention that a certain funny blogger believes that the 6/10 photo of the man accusing Rivero of assault, was switched out for an old one....I just happen to have the booking photo that was originally published that night.....AND IT'S THE SAME...it wasn't switched out.

The reason that he doesn't look too horribly beat up, is that most of the damage is lower.....
