I am VERY busy running my home business, taking care of our family, and homeschooling. I hope to be able to pull together a post worth reading at least once a week.
Here are some things I will NOT do:
1. I will NOT post information that could jeopardize the safety of our officers or their families.
2. I will NOT make disparaging remarks about our sheriff. I'm not here to be mean. I only want to be informative. If I'm speculating about someone's motive I will state that it's my personal opinion.
I want to be clear about something, I am NOT a hateful person. I firmly believe in praying for our leaders, even those we disagree with, every day. I pray that Frank Rivero has a change of heart and starts implementing positive change. I pray that he learns to own his mistakes and take responsibility for them. I pray that his ability to lead improves as he learns and grows. I pray that our community becomes safer. If the powers that be (whomever you believe in) don't change Mr. Rivero's heart, I pray that he is removed from office, and another takes his place. PSALM 109:8 "May his days be few; may another take his place of leadership."
Amen - Namaste - Blessed Be etc.
"Leadership should be born out of the understanding of the needs of those who would be affected by it."
~Marian Anderson
"Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man’s character, give him power."
~Abraham Lincoln
"Lead and inspire people. Don’t try to manage and manipulate people.
Inventories can be managed but people must be lead."
~Ross Perot
