The purpose of this blog is to share my research, as I complete it, with the public. I want to see if our new sheriff is actually doing what he says he is, if he speaks the truth.
It seems that his sum total of experience is the basic POST training (no supervisor's training), 6 years as a deputy with SF, and about 2.5 with LCSO as a deputy (much of that time spent on leave).
Not a deputy in SF but an officer. In SF, the sheriff is only responsible for the jail. Other LEO duties there are conducted by the city police network.

ReplyDeleteThank you for the clarification. I was assuming that they only had an SO since the city and the county are the same thing over there, lol.
