The new patches...

Ok, I promised a post about the new patches, then I got sidetracked by the fiasco from  5/19.  So here we go.

Frank has picked out new patches AGAIN for the COs.  They have only been described to me at this point.  I will post a pic as soon as I can get my hands on one.  They are degrading and unprofessional.  They sound positively cartoonish, or like something you'd see on a Halloween or theater costume.  They have a large key on them and say "Jailer".  That term is from the 80s.  It's like calling a flight attendant a stewardess, or a childcare provider a babysitter.  It seems to me that this is likely another "punishment" for the law suit.  The COs are taking it with humor as far as I can tell thus far.  It's so ridiculously childish and such obvious harassment that they can't help but laugh.
